We are thrilled to announce that the 2025 EC4WDA Annual Convention will take place at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in DuBois, PA, from November 14th to 16th.
This exceptional venue offers spacious studio, one-, and two-bedroom suites equipped with full kitchens, providing a comfortable and convenient stay for all attendees. Guests can enjoy complimentary hot breakfasts, free Wi-Fi, and access to a 24-hour fitness center. The hotel also features an indoor saltwater pool and whirlpool, an outdoor patio with a fire pit and BBQ facilities, and a sports court for basketball. Throughout the weekend, there will be meetings for all committees, including Sanctioning, Land Use, and the Rules Committee, as well as a General Body session to address any concerns and proposals brought forward from the past year.
On Saturday evening, join us for the always-anticipated banquet and awards ceremony, featuring a great meal, recognition of our standout members and drivers, and a time of celebration as we close out the year! As in previous years, we’ll also be hosting our Toy Drive to give back to the community during the holiday season. Please consider bringing a donation to support these efforts. Whether you’re a long-time member or new to the association, the EC4WDA Convention is a perfect opportunity to connect, reflect, and plan ahead—all while enjoying great company and giving back.
